How to use

Wrap the pillow around your neck and adjust it to support the lower portion of head just above your neck. If you adjust it to low you will not have the proper support of your head. Pillow will remain around your neck during the night.

Washing instructions: Satin cover is removable for hand washing in cool water. Lay flat to dry. Pillow is machine washable and can be washed with satin cover attached to help maintain its shape, and can be placed in the dryer on low setting. Pillow is made of 100% hypo-allergenic polyester fill, with a satin cover.
